Delivery

After ordering from Zigzign by Lene Frantzen, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you make your payment with Credit Cards, your order is packed and sent off within 5 working days. If you make your payment by bank transfer, your order is packed and sent off within 5 working days from the day your bank transfer is registered.

 

In Denmark the delivery is made by Post Danmark and free of Charge

For other countries we deliver express.

Orders over 400 Euro is free of Charge

Orders under 400 Euro:

Delivery in Europe, Greenland and the Faeroe Islands  25 Euro

All other countries the charge is 35 Euro

Claims

Zigzign by Lene Frantzen gives in accordance with Danish consumer legislation a 2 year warranty period from the invoice date in case of defect workmanship or defect materials. The warranty is not valid for defect, damage, or wear and tear directly or indirectly caused by incorrect use, wrong maintenance, and use of physical force or inappropriate use.

 

It is your responsibilities to make sure the goods is OK on arrival and make claims within 5 days after delivery. The goods can hereafter be returned for reparation, replacement or possible refund. In these cases you are responsible for paying the return freight charge.    

Zigzign by Lene Frantzen cannot be held accountable for compensation as a result of direct or indirect loss because of delayed arrival at Buyer's premises or because of shortages when the delay or shortages are due to Buyer's actions or neglect. Likewise Zigzign by Lene Frantzen cannot be held responsible for compensation as a result of conditions beyond her control such as a state of war, revolt, civil disturbance, fire, and interference from government authorities, impoundment, currency restrictions, or any type of labour conflict including strike, lockout or similar circumstances.

 

Withdrawal of order and return of goods

Within 14 days of delivery you have the rights to return your purchased goods. The returned goods must be in perfect condition in order for us to take it back. Custom made orders cannot be returned or refunded. Once the item is received and checked your payment will be refunded (exclusive the paid delivery charge) to your account in a few days. You are responsible for paying the return freight charge. Goods returned as unpaid freight charges or C.O.D. will not be accepted. Kindly remember to pack your returns in a responsible manner so that damage to the items does not occur. Together with the returned items you must send a copy of your invoice, and your bank information’s (Name and address of your bank + SWIFT / BIG code + IBAN no). These terms apply on all sales to private costumers (not for B to B )

All prices are valid only on the day of order as price changes can occur.

Zigzign by Lene Frantzen are entitled to change prices without notice.

All prices are including VAT

 

Are you ordering from outside EU you should not pay Danish VAT. The price will automatically be adjusted when you register with your address as user outside EU in the payment system.
